As a simple rule, to use it, click on the screensaver link and save the file to your hard disk.

Now go into MY COMPUTER or WINDOWS EXPLORER and find the file you have just saved. DOUBLE CLICK it and follow the on screen instructions. The file will now appear in the screensaver box -  go into START MENU, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL and then click DISPLAY. Click the SCREENSAVER TAB and then select the "Leeds Cougars" screensaver.
